Job Summary 
Assist with the solicitation of new business. Maintain HHC’s electronic and paper prospect database with current information useful for commercial production. Produce reports useful for the management of commercial production. Serve as back up for marketing department (marketing, rating and proposals). Assist producers with prospecting and setting appointments. Manage websites and our social media presence. Create advertising and marketing materials as needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma required.  A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration strongly desired.  Above average organizational and time-management skills. Must be able to handle and manage multiple priorities. Phone etiquette and professional demeanor.  Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and desktop publishing software.

Accounting Intern - Spring 2015

Job Summary
The Accounting Intern will provide accounting and administrative support in all areas of accounting. The Accounting Intern duties include, but not limited to general clerical support, data entry, scanning documents and electronic filing, reconciling accounts, run errands and special projects as requested by management. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled in a degree plan pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Educational experience requires a minimum of 9 hours of basic and intermediate accounting, with preference given to candidates who have completed 15 or more hours including cost and corporate taxation courses. Other qualifications include strong critical thinking skills, ability to learn at a rapid pace, strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timed deadlines. Other qualifications include advanced to intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel, working knowledge of electronic email, Intranet and Internet, fast, accurate data entry, 10-Key, operates office machines such as a typewriter, fax, scanner and phone system. Must have above average written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely. The Accounting Intern position will require a minimum of 24 hours per week.
