Job Summary
Sell and service clients and prospects outlined in the West Texas territory. Maintain a ninety nine retention rate of existing book of business each year for accounts outlined in assigned territory. Physically visit with each client and prospect outlined in assigned territory three to six times a year. Attend yearly conventions as required. Market all available products.

Qualifications
A college degree or some college preferred. A strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in insurance or related products.  Good written and verbal skills to properly communicate with clients. High level of technical knowledge.  Extensive travel required, including overnight travel.

Job Summary
The Assistant Adjuster will be responsible for providing support to the Claims Department under the supervision of the Claims Supervisor.  Enters new claims into computer, makes folders, and distributes, maintains DOL log – index and tracking. Handles closed files/mail in accordance with applicable law. 

Qualifications
One year certificate from college or technical school; three to six months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to calculate benefits in accordance with the law. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Commercial Lines Account Administrator

Job Summary
To assist in the sales and handle all of the servicing of Commercial Lines accounts. As an integral part of our team at Hibbs-Hallmark and Company, the Commercial Lines Account Administrator will provide technical support for the producer in maintaining existing commercial accounts in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined in the agency procedures. The Account Administrator will also be responsible for coordinating the renewal process, account development and retention of existing customers.


Qualifications
 Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or college degree and hold a current P&C license. A strong attention to detail, professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills are required. Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel. Previous experience with EPIC is strongly desired. A minimum of one of the following designations is desired: CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU, AU, ASCR, or CISR and at least 1 year experience in Commercial Lines.
