Claims Administrative Services - West Texas Region
Sell and service clients and prospects outlined in the West Texas territory. Maintain a ninety nine retention rate of existing book of business each year for accounts outlined in assigned territory. Physically visit with each client and prospect outlined in assigned territory three to six times a year. Attend yearly conventions as required. Market all available products.
A college degree or some college preferred. A strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in insurance or related products. Good written and verbal skills to properly communicate with clients. High level of technical knowledge. Extensive travel required, including overnight travel.

The Accounting Intern will provide accounting and administrative support in all areas of accounting. The Accounting Intern duties include, but not limited to general clerical support, data entry, scanning documents and electronic filing, reconciling accounts, run errands and special projects as requested by management. All other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled in a degree plan pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Educational experience requires a minimum of 9 hours of basic and intermediate accounting, with preference given to candidates who have completed 15 or more hours including cost and corporate taxation courses. Other qualifications include strong critical thinking skills, ability to learn at a rapid pace, strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timed deadlines. Other qualifications include advanced to intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel, working knowledge of electronic email, Intranet and Internet, fast, accurate data entry, 10-Key, operates office machines such as a typewriter, fax, scanner and phone system. Must have above average written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely. The Accounting Intern position will require a minimum of 24 hours per week.
