Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Assist with the solicitation of new business. Maintain HHC’s electronic and paper prospect database with current information useful for commercial production. Produce reports useful for the management of commercial production. Serve as back up for marketing department (marketing, rating and proposals). Assist producers with prospecting and setting appointments. Manage websites and our social media presence. Create advertising and marketing materials as needed.
High school diploma required. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration strongly desired. Above average organizational and time-management skills. Must be able to handle and manage multiple priorities. Phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office and desktop publishing software.

Adjudicate medical only Workers' Compensation files according to applicable law. Consistently demonstrate the ability to handle indemnity and medical claims in accordance with applicable law and within the contractual/procedural requirements. Timely initial contacts, investigation of new claims, determine compensability, set reserves and document files daily.
