Claims Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise, direct and train staff in accordance with the applicable statues, regulations, requirements and company policies and procedures.  The Claims Supervisor will manage staff caseloads and provide appropriate direction as needed. Informs and instructs staff as to proper policy and procedure and follows up to ensure desired results. Audits and evaluates staff performance, identifies areas where training is needed and facilitates learning in an effort to promote employee development. Discuss claims questions and issues with employees and clients. Serves as a liasion between staff and management team.  

Qualified candidates must possess at least 5 years WC claims experience and 3 years supervisory experience.  A college degree strongly preferred.  Ability to calculate benefits in accordance with applicable law and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must hold a current Texas Workers' Compensation Adjuster License.
