Job Summary
To provide technical support for the Producer in processing all lines of commercial insurance in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined in agency procedures. Responsible to the Commercial Line CSR Manager in regard to policy, procedure and practices. Responsible to the Producer in regard to daily activity and priority on accounts.

High School diploma; ability to work with details. Above average organizational and time-management skills. Above average mathematical skills ability to rate commercial insurance policies. Above average phone personality and ability to deal with people. Ability to compose clear and concise letters and written instructions. Strong typing, computer and calculator skills required. Ability to understand and analyze commercial lines insurance coverages, forms and policies. Technical education preferred. Must be willing to participate in education programs sponsored by the agency. Holds required and appropriate insurance license. (Licensing mandatory within six months from employment.)

Job Summary
Provide technical support for the producer in maintaining existing commercial accounts in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined in the agency procedures. The Account Administrator will also be responsible for coordinating the renewal process, account development and retention of existing customers.

Qualifications
 Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or college degree and hold a current P&C license. A minimum of one of the following designations is desired: CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU, AU, ASCR, or CISR and at least 3 years experience in Commercial Lines insurance. A strong attention to detail, professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills are required. Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel.

Job Summary
The Loss Control Manager selects staff and coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of safety department employees. Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments, performance based measurements and work techniques.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Science related field and at least 10 years of safety related experience with 5 years of safety program management as well as, 5 years of experience managing others. Hold a CSP or ASP designation, or industry equivalent. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for the workplace. Knowledge of safety devices to use in conjunction with tools and equipment in the workplace. Knowledge of the properties, handling and storage of corrosives, contaminants, and flammables. Other qualifications include strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Summary
Adjudicate medical only and lost time Workers' Compensation files according to applicable law. Consistently demonstrate the ability to handle indemnity and medical claims in accordance with applicable law and within the contractual/procedural requirements. This position is a remote (work from home) opportunity in the West Texas region.

Qualifications
*Must possess a valid Workers’ Compensation Adjuster license.
*Must have at least 2-3 years of experience handling Texas indemnity WC claims.
