Claims Administrative Services - Texas Region
As an integral part of the Claims Administrative Services (CAS) team, this position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, soliciting new business and service existing client base in established territory. The Account Executive responsibilities will be soliciting and sales of self insured workers’ compensation services to public and private entities doing business in the state of Texas. To include schools, colleges, cities, counties, and private certified self insured businesses. The services offered would include safety and loss control, claims handling, bill review, and cost containment services through HEI. These can be sold bundled or as carve out products.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or other related discipline and at least 2 years of experience in selling, marketing or servicing self funded Workers' Compensation or related insurance products. Qualified candidates must possess a P&C license or be willing to attain necessary license. Must be proficient in MS Office products and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, professional demeanor and strong organizational skills. Some overnight travel required. Company auto or auto allowance provided.

Greet visitors as they enter and contact the appropriate person in the agency. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the proper person. Serve as a message center for agency personnel who are out of the office or away from their desk. Perform miscellaneous clerical support functions. Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by the Sr. Account Manager-Supervisor. Receive and transmit faxes. Coordinate overnight mail packages.
High school diploma required and at least two years of office experience. Excellent phone personality and must possess people skills. Professional demeanor. Basic to intermediate computer skills required, typing and data entry.
