Job Summary
To assist in the sales and handle all of the servicing of Commercial Lines accounts. As an integral part of our team at Hibbs-Hallmark and Company, the Commercial Lines Account Administrator will provide technical support for the producer in maintaining existing commercial accounts in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined in the agency procedures. The Account Administrator will also be responsible for coordinating the renewal process, account development and retention of existing customers.


Qualifications

Job Summary
 As an integral part of the CAS team, the Medical Cost Containment/Claims Clerical Supervisor will be responsible for day to day supervision and operations of the medical management division to include medical cost containment services, case management, peer review, bill review, pre-authorization and subrogation, as well as the Claims Support unit which include technical assistants, indemnity payers and the Data Quality Auditor. 


Qualifications
​Qualified candidates must possess a college degree and an active WC adjuster license is preferred. Previous experience in supervision is required. Other qualifications include a strong work ethic, the ability to maintain the integrity of CAS processes and procedures, a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines. The Adjuster Trainee will be responsible for adjudicating medical only and lost time files according to applicable law. Denies, settles, or authorizes payments to routine claims based on coverage. Other duties may be assigned. 

Qualifications

Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.  Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner to payroll. Process personnel action forms and assures proper approvals. Assist with research and implementation of company policies and maintenance of employee handbook. Help employees and department managers to settle work-related conflicts through advice and recommendation.  Terminating personnel. Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions. Responsible for all employee disciplinary actions and ensuring documentation is placed in personnel files. Counsel employees on benefit plan provisions so individuals can make informed benefit decisions.  

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Minimum 3 years experience administering employee benefit plans in the health and welfare areas. Experience administering 401(k) retirement plans. Must be proficient in Microsoft office to include advanced Word and Excel.
