Medical Cost Containment Manager

Job Summary
The Medical Cost Containment Manager will be responsible for day to day supervision and operations of the medical management division to include medical cost containment services, case management, peer review, bill review, pre-authorization and subrogation. 

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a college degree and an active WC adjuster license is preferred. Previous experience in managing a team is required. Other qualifications include a strong work ethic, the ability to maintain the integrity of CAS processes and procedures, a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines. A background which includes claims adjusting or sales experience in managed care, billing and contract negotiations is desired. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Routine travel to corporate office in Tyler is required.​

Job Summary
Sell and service clients and prospects outlined in the West Texas territory. Maintain a ninety nine retention rate of existing book of business each year for accounts outlined in assigned territory. Physically visit with each client and prospect outlined in assigned territory three to six times a year. Attend yearly conventions as required. Market all available products.

Qualifications
A college degree or some college preferred. A strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in insurance or related products.  Good written and verbal skills to properly communicate with clients. High level of technical knowledge.  Extensive travel required, including overnight travel.

Accounting Intern


Job Summary
The Accounting Intern will provide accounting and administrative support in all areas of accounting. The Accounting Intern duties include, but not limited to general clerical support, data entry, scanning documents and electronic filing, reconciling accounts, run errands and special projects as requested by management. All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled in a degree plan pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Educational experience requires a minimum of 9 hours of basic and intermediate accounting, with preference given to candidates who have completed 15 or more hours including cost and corporate taxation courses. Other qualifications include strong critical thinking skills, ability to learn at a rapid pace, strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timed deadlines. Other qualifications include advanced to intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel, working knowledge of electronic email, Intranet and Internet, fast, accurate data entry, 10-Key, operates office machines such as a typewriter, fax, scanner and phone system. Must have above average written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly and concisely. The Accounting Intern position will require a minimum of 24 hours per week.
